De Palma Salumi Bresaola is made from topside beef, which are slowly aged for 3 months. Slow ageing and fermentation without additives or hardeners contributes to the dark red almost purple colour, sweet musky aromas and the luscious silky mouthfeel.

Perfect for antipasto platters, or just eat on its own with a dash of lemon, oregano, generous amount of avocado, rocket and grated parmesan. We recommend that you leave out of fridge before eating to come to room temperature and to enjoy Bresaola’s exquisite flavour and nutty finish.
