Salt cured and spiced pork belly is well know as the ‘Italian Bacon’. Our Stesa (flat) style is perfect to serve cold like Prosciutto on any Salumi board, wrapped around bread sticks, fruit like figs and melons. Wrap cold or fried with vegetables like artichokes, asparagus, broccolini or pan fry for the extra crunch and add a salt bomb to salads, pasta, eggs and risotto dishes.
